Connect – Release – Revive
This is a fully immersive daytime event for Body, Mind and Spirit. Start of the day connecting with your inner power through inner connection, physical soothing, healing sounds and movement. Once you’ve warmed up your spirit, shake off any remaining negativity and invite in freedom, joy and celebration with uplifting music to dance to.
Each event will offer different workshops and DJs to ensure you always take away something new, and what better way to launch than on International Women’s Day at the Ironworks Studios, Brighton on Sunday 8th March 2026 11am-4pm.
