With over 25 years of experience, Stephanie Young brings a strong blend of creative strategy, design expertise, and community‑focused event development. Since founding saydesignUK in 2004, she worked on a wide range of projects which naturally evolved into saydesignEvents — a space where her creativity and passion for community come together. She played a key role in organising the 2020 Shoreham‑By‑Sea Summer Festival and later launched GirlFlix. Today saydesignEvents is expanding into Wellbeing, Queer, and Sober events and day discos.

This is a fully immersive daytime event for Body, Mind and Spirit. Start of the day connecting with your inner power through inner connection, physical soothing, healing sounds and movement. Once you’ve warmed up your spirit, shake off any remaining negativity and invite in freedom, joy and celebration with uplifting music to dance to.

Each event will offer different workshops and DJs to ensure you always take away something new, and what better way to launch than on International Women’s Day at the Ironworks Studios, Brighton on Sunday 8th March 11am-4pm.
